Brite Commercial Construction LLC is a wholly owned minority corporation headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. J.R. Cuevas founded the company in January of 1990. Since our inception, we have committed ourselves to quality, cooperation and service to our clients. We consistently strive to bring forth the most cohesive and qualified group of individuals and affiliated subcontractors to meet the specific needs of our customers. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of performance in the field of General Construction and Construction Management.

At Brite Commercial Construction LLC we are committed to strict quality controls while maintaining a close eye on tight budget and scheduling guidelines. We believe strongly in keeping high levels of communication between our team and our customers throughout the entire planning and construction phases. We continuously try to improve this process through our interactive web based information platform. One example of our dedication to service and communication is our web based controls and virtual Plan Room information delivery. With this simple but important concept, we strive to consistently streamline our communication with not only our subcontractors but also with our clients. Our goal is to promote efficient just in time information through all phases of the project - keeping the Owner Team, Project Managers and Subcontractors on the same page.
